These Christian parents in Indiana, Jeremy and Mary Cox, are now petitioning the United States Supreme Court to regain custody of their son, who was taken away from them in 2021 because they refused to "affirm" his transgender identity.

This is an update to a story we've covered before. You can read about how the family was broken up by the state because Indiana thinks that not allowing your child to live in delusion is abuse.

The Supreme Court of Indiana has refused to hear the case brought by the Indiana Family Institute, leaving the Cox family with no option but to petition the highest court in the land to hear their case.

It's 2023, and it will take a ruling from the Supreme Court to allow parents to raise their child in a Christian household and in their REAL sex.

The petition, filed by IFI's General Counsel Josh Hershberger, argues for protecting parental rights, free speech and the free exercise of religion. The Coxes assert in the petition, "No other fit parent should lose custody of their child or face a government muzzle on their deeply held religious beliefs and best judgment. M.C. and J.C. have exhausted every other remedy and are gravely concerned that the state of Indiana will come for their other children. This Court's intervention is needed."

All because they don't want their boy to grow up and think he's a girl.

In "conservative" Indiana. A red state.

Child services and the courts have made it clear that they blame the parents' refusal to indulge the transgender delusion for their son's anorexia and that it is tantamount to child abuse.

There was an attempt earlier this year to pass a law preventing the removal of children because parents don't "affirm" transgenderism, but the law failed.

And for the Coxes, the SCOTUS seems to be their only hope of ever having their child back in their loving arms.
