NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo just announced that he will resign after his explosive sexual harassment scandal reached a head and a weekslong AG investigation into his alleged misdeeds concluded that he has sexually harassed numerous women and is basically a huge scumbag perv.

Investigators said he subjected women to unwanted kisses; groped their breasts or buttocks or otherwise touched them inappropriately; made insinuating remarks about their looks and their sex lives; and created a work environment "rife with fear and intimidation."

Personally I think it's crazy that his shuttling of Covid-positive senior citizens into nursing homes, effectively dooming every other resident, and just his overall horrendous handling of the pandemic didn't get him any repercussions other than a book deal. But he couldn't talk his way out of this one. Even with the media and pop culture's help.

Cuomo still faces the possibility of criminal charges, with a number of prosecutors around the state moving to investigate him.

Hopefully he'll face justice for his crimes.

The media and the left's (but I repeat myself) favorite governor has fallen.
