A jury in Washington DC has ruled that five pro-life protesters violated the FACE Act, blocking access to a healthcare facility, by protesting at a late-term abortion mill.

Five pro-life activists were found guilty Tuesday in a federal court for violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, a Clinton-era law passed to stop sit-ins at abortion facilities. They were also charged and found guilty of one count of conspiracy to block the entrance to the Washington Surgi-Clinic in Washington, D.C.

Lauren Handy, Will Goodman, John Hinshaw, Heather Idoni, and Herb Geraghty, were all part of a group of rescuers who peacefully protested against the murder of children at a DC abortion mill in October 2020 and have now been found guilty of a crime for standing for life.

The US government will destroy anyone who dares to block an abortion clinic for a few minutes. Think about that.

(Some people are noting one abortion staffer's ankle got hurt, which definitely makes this crime so much more serious!)

Handy's lawyers at the Thomas More Society described the pro-life activists' actions that day: "Some simply kneeled and prayed at Santangelo's facility, some passed out pro-life literature and counseled abortion-minded women, and others roped and chained themselves together inside the facility." The defendants could face up to 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000.

Remind me again, how many of the people who firebombed pro-life pregnancy centers have been charged and arrested?

These rescuers were arrested at a facility that has been exposed by LiveAction in an undercover video stating that born-alive babies were allowed to die. This same clinic was also the place where 115 baby corpses were recovered, including very late-term babies, 20-40 weeks gestation, in March of 2022.

Not exactly the nicest folks out there.
