After a recent flight, traveling radiology tech Peyton Thompson was sad to see that her brand-new suitcase was destroyed when she picked it up at baggage claim. She then filed a claim for the bag, and Delta promised to replace it.

A few weeks later she was surprised to find they had sent her not one replacement suitcase, but thirteen!

She posted a video of the suitcase saga on TikTok, which has over 2 million views.

In one comment, Thompson said,

I was crying laughing. It felt like an April Fool's prank.

Thompson contacted Delta and was easily able to resolve the issue. She said Delta made the process easy for her to return the excess luggage, and she was grateful that they replaced her original bag.
