Democratic Senator Mazie Hirono doesn't think justices should look to the Founding Fathers when interpreting the Constitution

According to Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono it is inappropriate—or at least worth an eye roll—to look to the Founding Fathers of this country when interpreting our Constitution.

I'm not joking. This is really how far we've come in this nation.

Justices who take that approach go all the way back to our Founding Fathers and pretend that they know what our Founding Fathers meant when they drafted the Constitution. I use the word "pretend" because who the heck would know what our Founding Fathers meant? Is there any reference to AR-15 rifles in our Constitution? No.

This video is from the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the Legal Consequences of the Dobbs Decision, by the way.

Funny how these Lefties are starting to show their true colors now that baby murder is no longer a fundamental right in this country.

Honestly, to claim it's ridiculous to refer to our Founding Fathers when interpreting a document that they wrote themselves is an absolute garbage position.

Utter stupidity.

Read a history book, lady!

The document was not meant to "evolve," and justices should interpret it as the Founding Fathers intended.
