It really took me two full days to appreciate the level of stupid at play here.

These are the people trying to ban our guns - the people who would love nothing more than to make tens of millions of Americans into felons by arbitrary bans that bypass Congress.

Dude leads the federal agency in charge of gun regulation for the most powerful nation in the history of the world and he doesn't know the difference between a drum mag and a clip.

Like, I get it. The M1 Garands issued to GIs in WW2 used a clip that was inserted into the top of the gun, so when vets got home from the war, they called everything a clip.

But this is 2024 and we've been using mostly magazine-fed weapons for decades. There is nothing that screams "I know nothing about guns" than saying "clip."
