What a time to be alive.

The tweet is actually a repost of an article from August with this (I kid you not) title:

The story opens with two teachers fired from a Christian university because they "listed their pronouns in their email signatures to help students identify their genders, they said, given their atypical names."

Oh, so it was just an innocent way to use "pronouns" that wasn't dabbling in anti-biblical Marxist groupthink?

When the university requested they remove their pronouns earlier this year, Wilmot and Zelaya refused.

Seems kinda odd to refuse to remove something that's just there to help people sort out your non-traditional names. Kinda sounds like, I don't know, you're a zealot for a cause.

And then [does the mental math] Christianity Today is writing sympathetically about your cultist cause! One might notice a pattern here if enough thought is given to that particular connection.

At any rate, "Christianity" Today would like you to know that there's nuance around basic statements from Genesis 1-2, like "male and female He created them."

Everyone knows a Christian magazine asks "Did God really say?" when offering perspective to readers!

My oh my, how did we ever get here?
