Her official portrait features a ONE-HUNDRED-THOUSAND-DOLLAR RING ring on her left hand.
She is accused of defrauding federal emergency relief funds, according to a federal indictment, that she used to purchase said ring. She has refused to resign, even though she faces 53 years in prison.
For some reason, she thought she could remove it from her picture for her Christmas greeting without anyone noticing.
