Back in May there were a couple different discoveries at the former bottom of Lake Mead.
With drought conditions in Nevada, the large lake outside Las Vegas is continually drying up and as it dries up, evidence of crime is being discovered.
First, there was the 1970's murder victim found stuffed in a barrel in the lake.
Later that month, more remains were found:
And as the lake continues to dry up, now even more bodies have been found.
The National Park Service announced that human remains were discovered around 4:30 p.m. Monday at Swim Beach in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
The Clark County medical examiner has been contacted to determine the cause of death.
This new set of remains is the fourth to be found at Lake Mead in three months as more of the lakebed has become exposed amid a severe drought.
Four bodies in 3 months!
If this place keeps drying up, maybe we'll finally find Jimmy Hoffa!
