A federal judge decided last week that the privileges and comfort of a rapist are an essential priority for the State.

Before he was sentenced in 2007 to 34 years in prison, Mark Allen Campbell repeatedly raped his own 10-year-old daughter.

Here's how his daughter described the abuse, so you understand exactly the type of person we're talking about here:

"[He had] sex with her, masturbated in front of her, used various sex toys with her, and exposed her to DVD and video porn movies and magazines."

Despite that, U.S. District Judge James Peterson ruled last week to his sex-change surgery request, saying Campbell has "waited long enough" for such an operation. Campbell is now approved to receive an expensive surgery to remove his manhood and you, as the tax-payer, get to foot the bill.

Let me begin by saying even the most heinous individuals are made in God's image and have the free gift of salvation offered in Christ should they repent and turn to him.

That being said, whether or not a person like Campbell has made his peace with God, he stands accused of what is possibly the most evil, atrocious act a human being could commit. He violated his own child. He not only abused, but profaned the name of fatherhood by destroying that which is innocent – and one day, he will stand before a holy and righteous God.

Fact: This man's current ability to draw breath is a merciful act on the part of the judge that sentenced him.

Since 2013, Campbell (who now goes by "Nicole Rose") has petitioned the courts for a sex change operation. When that was initially denied, he filed a lawsuit claiming discrimination and a violation of his constitutional rights.

If you're wondering what constitutional right a person has to remove his own manhood, remember that this is clown world, where we simply impose our wishes on the Constitution no matter how depraved those wishes may be. Such is the case in this situation, where Campbell claimed it was "cruel and unusual punishment" under the 8th Amendment to not be given a free surgery to conform with his subjective view of his identity and the world.

Though his 2016 lawsuit was dismissed, Judge Peterson was more than willing to take up the plight of this rapist, urging us to consider how we might better his life.

"True public interest lies in alleviating needless suffering by those who are dependent on the government for their care," Peterson said. "I decline to impose any further prerequisites on Campbell's sex reassignment surgery; she has waited long enough."

Peterson also recommended that Campbell be moved to a women's prison, because protecting rapists, not women, is what's important in the Woke clown world we've created.

"The women at the women's prison were not consulted and their safety does not appear to be relevant in the face of one penis-owner's wishes."

The court believes we should alleviate Campbell's mental anguish over being forced to live in a man's body. Basic biology and reason aside, "men" like Campbell rightly and justly deserve to feel anguish for what they have done. Campbell, by all accounts, has shown no remorse for mercilessly assaulting his own daughter. Whether or not he is "comfortable" in his body shouldn't be a factor at any point or time, ever.

Any society that wishes to survive must protect the weak and invest in building strength through discipline and character. We are no longer that society. We have become a circus, investing in the delusions of wicked men as we line up the vulnerable for them to devour. May God have mercy on us.
