Flashback: Here's Biden Promising To Filibuster A Supreme Court Nominee Who Would Have Been The First Black Female Justice
· Mar 4, 2022 · NottheBee.com

A week ago, Biden made good on his pledge to nominate the first black female justice to the Supreme Court.

Biden, made this pledge during his campaign. All he seemed to care about was checking the intersectional boxes and naming a justice who would green light the Democrat agenda.

However, Biden hasn't always been the champion for women of color that he now pretends to be.

Let's go back to 2005 when Senator Joe Biden PROMISED that he would filibuster Janice Rogers Brown, preventing the court from having its first black female justice.

Even in 2005 Sleepy Joe was confused about who he was talking about.

Brown was not nominated, however. So Biden didn't have to follow through on his promise to filibuster her.

It's almost like Biden isn't the champion for intersectionality that he pretends to be.

You just know if the parties were reversed and a Republican senator made this pledge he would have been called a racist and misogynist. But good old Joe from Scranton, he's just doing what he thinks is right.
