I'm just going to say this up front. If you're going to go commit a streak of burglaries, don't use a piece of cardboard for your license plate like Florida men Anthony Sosa and Chad Doulette did.
The pair were driving along in Brevard County and got pulled over for having cardboard plates that read "Stolen Tag."
Okay it was a little more than cardboard plates that got them pulled over.
A resident of Tropical Trail on Merritt Island had just reported a suspicious red pickup with cardboard plates at several houses where robberies had occurred. Luckily there's only one road in and out of Tropical Trail, so it was easy to get a look at the truck.
Inside the pickup deputies found thousands of dollars of stolen jewelry and a stolen handgun.
Both Sosa and Doulette had previous records involving grand theft and attempted burglary.
