Okay, this is hilarious. Someone left a barn door open a half mile up the road from this Wisconsin neighborhood, and then this happened.
Yes, this is why you keep the barn door closed, farmers — especially when the cows are inside.
This happened in Port Washington, the same town where flamingos were spotted just a few short weeks ago — so they're having quite the second half of the year up there just north of Milwaukee.
The estimated four-dozen bovine left cow pies all over the cul de sac'd neighborhood and ruined a few flower beds with their hooves in the proccess, but eventually the residents were able to herd them back up the road, where they made their way home.
One local said, "We were in our backyard when the cows came stampeding down the hill, and they were moving because there's a pretty vertical drop there. And it was like the bulls in Pamplona, or something like that."
Another, with his tongue in his cheek, "You know, I was hungry. I was grilling out and I ran out of hamburger, Mark."
🤣🤣🤣
So good. I love when weird stuff like this happens in Wisconsin. Brings out the best in people.
