Democrat Representative Hakeem Jeffries says that the Democrat "voting rights" bill was inspired by deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez.

Yeah, I know it's a 9-second clip and I know he didn't mean to invoke Hugo Chavez, who convincingly won every vote ever because he was in charge of the voting system in his totalitarian communist regime.
