On Wednesday afternoon, Biden went on TV for his second-ever press conference as president (he needs too many naps to make them more frequent) and told the country that we're not going back to lockdowns and that schools will remain open.
I suppose I should say thanks, but I'm an American and I didn't need his permission to live freely the past two years.
Anyway, the rest of the speech was just "meh" because Biden has the attention span of a puppy, the cognitive health of a dying toad, and a voice that would put the most hardcore insomniac to sleep. If this was an attempt to save his horrible poll numbers, I think it had the opposite effect.
Still, this one part got me:
He was answering a reporter's question about making up for learning loss when he decided to go into full-creep mode.
Why does he keep doing this? He leans in when he's angry and whispers like some abusive husband trying to yell at his wife without the neighbors hearing.
I feel like he's done it so often that I need to make a compilation video.
It's like he's trying to sniff us all through the mic.
Like, stop. Just stop.
Still, if you three Biden supporters out there need some creepy whispering to help sleep at night, here ya go!
