I am very sorry to report that the folks down in Georgia have just destroyed all hopes of an entertaining trial of Donald Trump.
Due to the former president's propensity for taking to social media and doing a little trolling, a Georgia court has ruled to restrict Donald Trump's use of social media as it pertains to the charges he faces in Georgia.
Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee signed the order banning Trump from contacting his co-defendants or witnesses in the case, except through their attorneys. It also bans the former president from intimidating co-defendants or witnesses in the case, including through posts on social media.
"The Defendant shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice," the order says.
Translation: No clever or funny posts about his former legal team's appearances. Trump can't poke fun at Giuliani. He can't post about the testimony or charges against his legal team.
He can't share a meme calling the whole thing a sham.
Or else...
