Greg Abbott announces that Texas has cleaned up its voter rolls and removed 1 MILLION ineligible voters

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced today that his state has removed 1 million — you read that right: 1 MILLION — ineligible voters from the voter rolls.

This process has been ongoing since Governor Abbott signed a 2021 law that required the state's voter registry to be cleaned up.

To put it in such a way that we won't get banned from certain social media sites, in the 2020 presidential election there were many irregularities in many different states, leading red states from that point forward to take to these election integrity measures and clean up voter rolls.

We've seen similar efforts in Georgia and in Florida.

Here's more of Abbott's announcement of his team's success in ensuring election integrity.

These reforms have led to the removal of over one million ineligible people from our voter rolls in the last three years, including noncitizens, deceased voters, and people who moved to another state. The Secretary of State and county voter registrars have an ongoing legal requirement to review the voter rolls, remove ineligible voters, and refer any potential illegal voting to the Attorney General's Office and local authorities for investigation and prosecution. Illegal voting in Texas will never be tolerated. We will continue to actively safeguard Texans' sacred right to vote while also aggressively protecting our elections from illegal voting.

Here's the breakdown of these efforts in Texas.

You love to see it!
