8 years ago today, in a game against Western Carolina, this Appalachian State player shot what is certainly the worst free throw attempt of all time. It is a sight to behold.

In the words of the announcer, "Good Lord!"

His own teammate who "rebounded" the ball was so confused, the refs blew the whistle. I have no clue what happened on that play.
