"He Doesn't Like Losing": Former Trump Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney Says He Expects Trump to Run Again in 2024 if He Doesn’t Win This Time
· Nov 5, 2020 · NottheBee.com

As the votes are still being counted and things are taking a turn against Donald Trump, people are starting to speculate who might run on the Republican ticket in 2024. If you ask former Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney there is one name that needs to be at the top of your list: Donald Trump.

Not Donald Trump Jr., but 45 himself. Donald John Trump.

"I would absolutely expect the president to stay involved in politics and would absolutely put him on the shortlist of people who are likely to run in 2024"

When Republicans were chanting "Four more years" I don't think this is quite what they had in mind. And as unpredictable as the Don is, I would definitely not put it past him to throw his hat back in the ring if he doesn't get it done this time.

In all honesty, there's a good shot that he will never go quietly into the night

and we might spend four more years hearing Donald Trump constantly campaigning to take back the presidency. Especially if he is convinced it's been stolen.

And before you say, "Trump's an old man, he'll just fade away and retire" listen to Mulvaney's last point. Trump in 2024 will be younger than Joe Biden is today. Trump is 4 years younger and about 4000 times more energetic. Although the likelihood of Biden still being in office at that point or running in 2024 is slim.

2020 isn't over yet, Trump may still pull it out, so we are definitely looking way ahead. But would I be surprised to see Trump run again in 4 years? Absolutely not.

You can't stump the Trump.
