A Georgia healthcare worker was arrested on a felony charge Tuesday after she allegedly posted a viral video online of her dancing provocatively over a disabled patient at their home, police said.
Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, 19, is charged with one count of exploitation of a disabled person in connection to the reported incident in Loganville, which was filmed and posted on social media, according to the Loganville Police Department And online records.
You're not even supposed to put these people on tape, let alone put them on the internet.
And this lady is doing all that, plus twerking on patients?!?!
‘I was appalled and disgusted that anyone would create such a video featuring a disabled person,' [Loganville Police Chief Dick] Lowry said Wednesday morning. ‘As police officers, our highest duty is to protect those who cannot protect themselves, and my detectives worked as swiftly as possible to bring charges in this incident.'
According to a statement from the chief, detectives opened an investigation and, on Tuesday morning, executed a search warrant and arrested Koiyan of Loganville.
Koiyan was booked into the Walton County Jail.
A Walton County Sheriff's Office deputy told USA TODAY Koiyan was in the process of being released after posting a $7,500 bond on Wednesday morning.
