One week after Roe's repeal, here are all the states where abortion is now banned
· Jul 1, 2022 · NottheBee.com

The Dobbs ruling reversing Roe v. Wade has now allowed each state to set its own policy on abortion and many states immediately jumped into action to outlaw the murderous practice.

The New York Times is, in real-time, tracking the movements from all states since the overturn of Roe.

I thought I would share their comprehensive list as good news, letting y'all know exactly which states are now "life" states and have outlawed abortion.

According to The New York Times, there are now 9 states that have completely outlawed abortion.

  • Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, and South Dakota all have complete abortion bans with no exception for rape or incest (North Dakota is expected to join the list soon). Oklahoma and Utah also have complete bans in effect, but with rape and incest exceptions (although Utah has a court battle raging).
  • Wisconsin, as we reported, is a special case where a pre-Roe law went back into effect banning nearly all abortions, however the Democratic governor and AG said they will not enforce this law.

In more good news, however, there are 12 more states that will soon be banning abortion or imposing stricter restrictions.

  • Idaho, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and Wyoming all have bans that are set to go into effect in the coming days. Tennessee's AG is issuing an emergency order to skip the thirty days and ban abortions effective immediately.
  • And then we have Ohio, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina all with bans on abortion starting at 6 or 15 weeks.

That's 21 states where pro-lifers have either declared victory, or are very close to it.

Unfortunately, that still leaves a majority of the states where abortion is still allowed, even late in pregnancy.

Praise God for all the abortion mills being shut down across the country, but let's not forget that the fight is far from over.
