The saga of the Biden-Harris border breakdown continues.

We told you about how the Biden-Harris regime had imported hundreds of thousands of new Democrat voters refugees into the country on your tax dime.

A few weeks ago they stopped the program because it was full of, you guessed it, fraud.

Turns out, thousands of these "refugees" were using dead people as "sponsors" (sometimes with hundreds attached to the same dead person).

Well, now Biden-Harris think they've fixed the fraud so that only legitimate illegal aliens can be dropped off in the interior of the country and set loose in our towns.

So, that's great!

The Department of Homeland Security said it is resuming the parole processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans (CHNV) after it 'incorporated additional vetting of U.S.-based supporters to strengthen the integrity of the processes.'

'With these updated procedures in place, DHS is resuming the issuance of new Advance Travel Authorizations and will closely monitor how this new process is operating moving forward,' a spokesperson said.

We were all hoping we could continue to fudge the border numbers and pay for refugees to fly into the country, and now we're back in the saddle!

'Together with our existing rigorous vetting of potential beneficiaries seeking to travel to the United States, these new procedures for supporters have strengthened the integrity of these processes and will help protect against exploitation of beneficiaries,' the statement said.

The Biden administration has claimed the expanded use of parole processes has led to a drop in illegal border crossings, including a 98% decrease from CHNV nationals compared to December 2022.

Yes, this will really (sarcasm intended) lead to a drop in illegal border crossings. Once we let them download an app and get a free (taxpayer-paid) flight anywhere in the US where a random activist wants to sponsor them, I'm sure the situation will get itself under control.
