Joe Biden is still confused about who he is, what his job is, and probably where he is.
Watch as Biden refers to his vice president, Kamala Harris, as "President Harris."
I love how he starts this with "all kidding aside", lol!
Of course, this isn't the first time Biden thought that Kamala was president, this is from back in March.
Yep. Just another day in the Harris - I mean Biden - White House.
