Fani Willis, the DA who took the infamous mugshot of Trump, continues to prove herself to be one of the worst and most corrupt politicians, at least in the greater Atlanta area.
(It's a pretty corrupt place).

These are allegations of misuse of federal grant funds. Willis doesn't dispute that the funds were misused. She just ignores the lady and, essentially, tells her to calm down.
She fired her less than two months after this.

Less than two months later, Willis abruptly terminated Timpson and had her escorted out of her office by seven armed investigators, according to Timpson. When Timpson filed a whistleblower complaint the following year that alleged wrongful termination, Willis's office issued a statement describing Timpson as a 'holdover from the prior administration' who was terminated because of her 'failure to meet the standards of the new administration.'
From the audio recording it seems to me like the "standards of the new administration" were to lie and cover up when someone misused federal funds.
Willis' office apparently doesn't care to follow the law.
So the whistleblower had to go.
Just as a reminder, this isn't the only allegation of corruption against Willis.
She hired her boyfriend and allegedly misappropriated Georgia tax money to fund her illicit affair.
Timpson's experience sheds further light on how Willis — who campaigned on the promise of restoring "integrity" to the district attorney's office — does business. The Democrat has come under fire amid revelations that she tapped her lover, Nathan Wade, to handle the office's racketeering case against former president Donald Trump. Willis is also alleged to have misappropriated taxpayer funds to facilitate her affair with Wade, a married man with scant prosecutorial experience.
She was elected to "clean up" the DA's office, but so far she just seems to be cleaning it out and taking everything for herself.
'My case and Nathan Wade's case are very similar when you break them down point by point,' Timpson (the whistleblower) told the Free Beacon. 'Ethical violations, abuse of power, and the misuse of county, state, and federal funds.'
This is the Democrats' best chance to "Get Trump" and the most incompetent and corrupt DA in the country is going to lose the entire thing for them!
