Guys, we told you on Sunday about how bad the housing market was and how experts don't see a rebound in sight.

Well, CNBC has run a new analysis on these record-high housing prices and there's one new stat that I think deserves special attention.

FORTY-SEVEN PERCENT!

HOME PRICES HAVE RISEN FORTY-SEVEN PERCENT IN FOUR YEARS!

That's a total and complete housing disaster. And who can be surprised with 12 million new illegal immigrants taking up new cheaper housing and leaving American citizens in the lurch?

I don't know anyone who honestly thinks this is sustainable.

Donny boy, I know I'm not on your campaign, but I would run this line on every single mailer I could afford. I would run this headline on every TV spot. I would repeat it in rallies and in the debate over and over and over again.

We can't continue to live like this.
