Human Rights Campaign president says we must “reimagine“ democracy to be “more revolutionary” than the “little piece of paper“ our founders drafted

Most of the time, Democrats at least pretend to care about the Constitution, even though we all know that if it was up to them it would be rewritten to read more like the Communist Manifesto.

But Kelley Robinson, the president of Human Rights Campaign and former executive director of Planned Parenthood Action Fund, she doesn't even pretend to care about our nation's foundational document.

Watch:

We can't just worry about protecting democracy. In this moment we've got to reimagine it with people who look and love like us at the center. And I think for us right now, it's about reimagining freedom and this American story in a way that is more revolutionary than what our founders actually put down on that little piece of paper, but instead is the type of democracy that is by and for all of the people of this country. That's the opportunity that we have.

So discriminating by skin color and divvying out resources based on race? Cuz that's what it sound like.

And "little piece of paper"???

Here's the thing: the central lie of radical Leftism is that its current cohort is so uniquely enlightened and super-duper smart that they know how to rebuild the country, which includes the destruction of its foundations, while having no regard for why these foundations were put in place, or the immeasurably worse outcomes that were prevented as a consequence.

After all, what could men like James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay possibly know that Kelley Robinson doesn't? They're, like, so old.
