This is in San Francisco (shocker) and the unhinged wokie is mad because the radical Democrats that control San Francisco are not radical enough.
I couldn't find another video of the May 2nd meeting, but the top story in the news related to the Board of Supervisors and District Attorney Brooke Jenkins is community anger over a Walgreen's security guard that reportedly shot a shoplifter (Walgreen's security guards need guns on San Fran because it is now a third-world city). Authorities have dropped the murder charge against the guard after reviewing security video, but the public is demanding to see the video to decide for themselves (spoiler: they'll take the shoplifter's side no matter what the evidence shows).
This is all insane BUT it may also spawn some great memes.
