Some of these sanctuary cities are really and truly evil, aren't they?

A superior judge in Essex County, Massachusetts, decided it would be better to let an accused child rapist out of jail on bail than to turn him over to ICE for deportation.

Fox's Bill Melugin reports:

Buckle up for this one.

NEW: ICE Boston has arrested a Guatemalan illegal alien charged w/ multiple counts of aggravated & forcible child rape in MA after ICE says their detainer request was ignored by the Essex County Superior Court due to sanctuary policy & he was released into the community on bail.

ICE found and arrested him in Framingham, MA, and he remains in federal custody.

We're letting people who are illegally in the country, who are then arrested and charged with multiple child rapes, just roam our streets??

Here's a little of the news release from ICE:

Fernando illegally entered the United States on an unknown date, at an unknown location, and without being inspected, admitted, or paroled by a U.S. immigration official.

The Lynn District Court in Massachusetts arraigned Fernando Dec. 6, 2005, for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and for attaching inaccurate license plates. The court convicted him of those charges Oct. 19, 2012.

The Lynn District Court arraigned Fernando April 19, 2022, for rape of a child by force. The court later dismissed the case due to an indictment in the superior court.

This dude has been in the US for at least TWO DECADES, committing and being charged with crimes.

20 years of dangerous lawlessness, only for the courts to protect him from deportation?

Do these courts work for Americans, or foreigners who come to America to rape kids? Just asking.
