"I'm the only pure-blood candidate for president": Meet the New Jersey engineer who actually said that ๐Ÿ˜‚

It's amazing: The very racist GOP now has one black and three Indian-American candidates for president (one of whom is a woman!).

I'm sure there's a white supremacist plan in there somewhere.

Anyway, meet Hirsh Vardhan Singh, who decided his game plan would be running, at least in part, on being a "pure-blood" who didn't get the clot shot:

Watch:

I never know whether to take these outliers seriously or not.

After all, wasn't Trump an outlier in 2016?

But the reality is that I had no idea who this guy was until he decided to run for prez. Now he's getting international news coverage.

So... who is this guy?

Well, he's someone who would retweet a lede like this, for starters:

I'm not trying to be too hard on the guy. It's takes a lot of guts (or being insane) to put yourself out there like this.

Hirsh is a 38-year-old engineer who ran for New Jersey governor in 2017 (and 2021), as well as Congress in 2018 and 2020.

(As an aside, I don't know many guys under 40 who have this much grey hair unless they are styling it to look older.)

His dad, a defense contractor (hmm) has helped him kick-start his campaigns in the past.

Anyway, best of luck, my man!

(Maybe ditch the "pure blood" stuff about the vax cuz it's getting old and also reminds me of Voldy.)
