Just a little pro tip: If you've some stupid suicide-by-cop plan, but you're openly telling the cops you don't have a gun — well, it's not going to go the way you think it is:

Three officers are seen surrounding Dennis "D.J." Hernandez — who is wearing a yellow hat, black Nike sweatshirt and black pants — outside his Bristol home on July 19.

"Shoot me! Shoot me!" Hernandez shouts as he ignores commands to "get down on your knees" and "get on the ground," the footage posted by Fox 61 shows.

One cop then approaches him from behind and fires a stun gun, which knocks the suspect down.

The neighbors probably felt their house shaking when this guy hit the deck.

Dennis's brother was former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, who was convicted in 2015 of the murder of New England Football League linebacker Odin Lloyd.

Dennis was arrested this month after police "received reports he was planning attacks at Brown University and the University of Connecticut."

He has already been arrested three times this year on a variety of charges stemming from a police pursuit and a bizarre attack on an ESPN facility.
