The totally serious and professional Twitter Blue Checkmark tweets out a conspiracy that Melania Trump chose one of her convention outfits based on a photo of an obscure female Nazi sympathizer.

This is an obvious and severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) and it has driven many left-wing commentators completely over the edge.

Unlike Covid-19, there is no hope for treatment of TDS.
