A little context: They're talking about then-rookie quarterback Brock Purdy, the third guy on the roster in 2022, who would later in the season become the starting quarterback, and has now led his team to the Super Bowl a year later.
Yup, I'd say that man is a tiny bit toasted. And you know what, when you got a few in you the truth comes out much easier, and it actually comes off more genuine.
So do I care that Kyle Shanahan, during a week where he's forced to work way more than he usually works — and not on football, but on all this media coverage — appears to be drunk in this clip? No.
The man's in Vegas, he's got one of the best teams football has seen in a while, and he's allowed to have a few just like the rest of us.
