It's nearly summer in southern Germany, but it didn't quite look that way on Sunday afternoon. In fact, it looked more like January.
Yup, severe storms were seen throughout Europe over the weekend, and a gnarly hailstorm dropped flippin' 20 inches of hail on the south German town of Weiler-Simmerberg.
And it looked like a scene from a Christmas movie.

Hey honey, it's June, I know, but can you get out there and shovel the driveway? I need to go to the market.
Honestly, this was probably a blast!
Minus the part where you have to repair both your car's windshields, your bedroom window, and also, completely replace your garden.
But all I'm saying is, it's much more fun to shovel the driveway in 70 degree weather than when it's 10 degrees out. Though I'm guessing this stuff was heavy!
And I bet there were some great sledding opportunities to be had. Imagine how much speed you could pick up!
I guess what I really mean is, I miss wintertime.
And you do too, admit it!
