I smell trouble...

Jeffrey Epstein's private island – most commonly known as "Pedophile Island" – is going up on the market for $125 million.

We should be very, very suspicious of ANYONE who puts an offer on Epstein's "Pedophile Island."

Seriously. Realtors, beware.

The known abuser's properties include the two islands in the US Virgin Island, the infamous New York townhouse, a Paris apartment, a Palm Beach mansion and a New Mexico ranch, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Who in their right mind would put on offer in on "Pedophile Island"?

Perhaps the listing agents should have a police officer or social worker with them on these showings...

There may need be a few extra questions for the buyer on this property. You know, things like:

• What are you even going to do with a private island?
• Why do you even need a private island?
• No, really, what are you going to do here?
• And lastly, are you a pedophile?

Thinking about that island really gives me the creeps!

Some say the ghost of Epstein still haunts the place.

Others say Epstein didn't kill himself.
