Jim Jordan loses 22 votes in second House Speaker vote ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I'm not sure what the Republicans are doing over there in DC but it looks like it's even more of a circus than usual:

People are out here voting for former Speaker McCarthy (??) and Scalise, who didn't have enough votes in the first round.

Here's the full list: Feel free to call your congressman and tell them how you feel if their name is on it!

I mean, at some point it'd be nice if these guys actually realized they have jobs to do... but since they've all helped the government run everything into the ground these past years, I'm also not too upset if they stay busy with their own internal affairs. The more they mess up their own house, the less they mess up mine!

More from the Washington Examiner:

The timetable for when a third speaker vote will occur is unclear.

The House of Representatives has been without its constitutionally mandated leader for two weeks since McCarthy was ousted in a historic vote that saw eight Republicans join all Democrats in removing the House speaker.

Apparently, some of these knuckleheads think they can just install a temporary speaker permanently?

Well, have fun with that, guys! I think a lot of people like Jim Jordan... but if the GOP needs to have a civil war to expose the rot, I'm all for it.
