Kamala Harris just called Trump to concede and her manager sent this email to her campaign staff

Wednesday afternoon, Kamala Harris called Donald Trump to concede the election, according to multiple reports.

I'm sure it was an ... interesting call.

Afterwards, Harris's team sent out this email:

Team -

Just a few moments ago, the Vice President connected with President Trump to concede the race. In the call, she told him that she would work with President Biden to ensure a peaceful transfer of power, unlike what we saw in 2020. She also made clear that she hopes he will be a President for all Americans.

"Unlike what we saw in 2020."

I don't have words to express the gratitude I have for everyone getting this email. You left everything on the field. You built a first-rate, historic Presidential campaign in basically 90 days. You navigated things that no one has ever had to navigate, and likely no one will ever have to again.

You stared down unprecedented headwinds and obstacles that were largely out of our control. We knew this would be a margin of error race, and it was. And, your work mattered: the whole country moved to the right, but compared to the rest of the country, the battleground states saw the least amount of movement in his direction. It was closest in the places we competed.

Hold on. I want to bask in the admission that the country is becoming more based and redpilled.

That speaks to both the work you did, and the scale of the challenge we ultimately couldn't surmount.

The Vice President will speak to the nation later today at Howard University. Immediately following the Vice President's speech, she and Governor Walz will host an all staff call to speak directly to you about what we accomplished in this short run and the road ahead for all of us. We hope you'll join us and we'll have a calendar invite shortly.

Man, I kinda forgot about Walz.

So glad that guy isn't near the reins of national power anymore.

I'll leave you with this: losing is unfathomably painful. It is hard. This will take a long time to process. But the work of protecting America from the impacts of a Trump Presidency starts now.

Protecting America from ... free speech, lower taxes, US-based jobs, rocket trips to Mars, cheap energy, less crime, a balanced budget, respect for religious beliefs, and opportunities to create and build without suffocating regulation?

Besides, I'm no fan of mob rule, but are you guys the ones who say the will of the majority must be respected at all costs??

Does that only apply when YOU win?

I know the Vice President isn't finished in this fight, and I know the very people on this email are also going to be leaders in this collective mission. View this as the beginning, not the end. It will be hard work. But as the boss says: hard work is good work. And I look forward to standing beside you.

I'm not really sure what Kamala's team is "fighting for" here.

Unlimited abortion? But Donald Trump and JD Vance weren't running on banning abortion. Heck, when you hear them talk, they sound like the "safe, legal, rare" Democrats from the '90s. Trump's supporters actually keep getting frustrated with him because he says he's done dealing with any legislation related to abortion.

So I'm genuinely confused as to what the "fight" is.

Do they think Trump is gonna morph into Emperor Palpatine and they are now the resistance?

I mean, Dems, c'mon - Over the last four years under Kamala's administration, we right-wingers were targeted by the FBI for speaking out at school boards, charged by the DOJ for praying outside abortion clinics, banned off social media at the behest of the White House if we shared anything that contradicted Anthony Fauci, sentenced to jail for making memes, and told to vax up or be excommunicated from society.

After all that, I'm not sure you have any right to talk about protecting democracy.

Anyway, when y'all calm down, the rest of us will be more than willing to give you a hug. Just let us know when you're ready!
