Tornadoes recently devastated the town of Mayfield, Kentucky, leaving dozens of people dead and injured, and the city without power and water.

Jim Finch from the nearby town of Paducah knew the damage was catastrophic and he decided to do what he could to help.

He drove the half-hour to Mayfield with food, water, and his grill in tow and just set up in the middle of town and started cooking.

"I just figured I'd do what I can do."

This is just an ordinary man with a grill. People needed help and this is what he knew how to do.

"It just needed to be done."

What a shining example of hope and goodness in the midst of such unbelievable tragedy!
