Somehow I feel like having the name "Killer Mike" doesn't help your chances at avoiding police escorts out of Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, but maybe it's just me.

Despite the murderous nickname, it looks like Mr. Killer Mike was not arrested for a murder (I guess rap has changed) but for a scuffle he got into with security earlier in the night. Lame.

Killer Mike won the award for Best Rapper, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Album, and that was really cool until he found himself in handcuffs being led to the door by LAPD.

Coincidentally, here's Mike on Friday night tiptoeing around a question from Bill Maher regarding the presidential election before refusing to endorse Joe Biden and seeming to support Trump.

Probably just a coincidence, but still, how convenient that this man comes out against Biden on Friday and then is arrested at the elitist awards show on Sunday.

Skipping politics altogether, I still think it's lame that "Killer" Mike the rapper got arrested for a lousy scuffle with arena security rather than the stereotypical putting a cap in someone's behind.

Do better, rap music!
