Karen Bass, LA mayor, has woken up to the same reality Eric Adams and Kathy Hochul woke up to a few weeks ago, and the same reality that conservatives woke up to in 2020.
You can't just let people wear masks wherever they want. Because it protects them from criminal prosecution.
Banditos wear masks. Upstanding citizens do not. And unless you're Bruce Wayne or Peter Parker I don't understand how we can just pretend like masks are cool attire now.
We're not a country of outlaws!
Of course, as in New York, this common sense is finally starting to break through as Democrats realize it would behoove them to at least signal that they're going to take crime seriously when it comes to anti-semitic attacks.
But when the attacks are by Antifa and BLM against people who weren't going to vote Democrat in 2020, no one could question the mask.
