To kick off the summer, the UNO brand is opening the doors to its first-ever, deck-ed out UNO Social Club in one of the gaming capitals of the world - Las Vegas, Nevada. This experience at the Palms Casino Resort gives one lucky winner and a guest the chance to stay, play, and go wild in one of the most colorful suites in town from Friday, July 18th - Sunday, July 20th.
Yes, this weekend kicks off the UNO Social Club experiment in Las Vegas with more social clubs to open across the country. America's most popular card game has finally made it to the big times.
We've had UNO, UNO Attack, UNO no mercy, DOS, and many variations of the game. So why not take the next logical step and bring it to the card-playing capital of the world?
The announcement from Mattel and The Palms doesn't make it very clear if this is a family friendly UNO game like we're used to, or if you can actually gamble on the game.
I sort of hope it's the former because I can't imagine the pain of losing a game of cards like THIS with money on the line.
Or losing because I forgot to say "Uno."

The Uno Social Club will feature a number of UNO game tables, including new extensions, and a personal UNO game dealer who will shuffle the decks 'in style,' Palms said. UNO decks will include UNO Golf, UNO Teams, and UNO Show 'em No Mercy.
More UNO Social Clubs are due to 'pop-up across the country later this year, with experiences in bars and venues in major U.S. cities,' Palms said of the Mattel rollout, adding: 'Each event will transform everyday hotspots into the ultimate game night destination with UNO-themed drink menus, tournament-style play, photo moments, and more.'
Yes, you won't even have to hoof it to Vegas to scratch that UNO gambling itch.
