Yes, an ice cream truck is causing panic about deportation in Vegas. No joke.

I can tell you one thing, if ICE really were trying to disguise one of their trucks as a ice cream truck to trap people, they are terrible at it.
Look at this thing:
If it really were an ICE truck, they would be as bad as the drug dealers using the "Definitely Not a Bag Full of Drugs" bag to hide their drugs because it says "Not affiliated with any law enforcement agency" right on the truck.
The real story is that the truck is owned by Billy Settlemyers, who says,
ICE and Border Patrol don't use trucks from 1985.
I'm an ice cream man, that's it. I wanted to build something creative for my community — nice and clean and approachable. Safe for kids. That's it.
He's been operating the truck since 2019.
He's either an "ice cream man," or he's been playing the long game undercover all these years.
