Senate Democrats plan to boycott Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett's Judiciary Committee vote Thursday in an act of protest, according to two Democratic aides.The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote at 1 p.m. to advance Barrett's nomination to the floor, with the full Senate set to hold a final vote on her nomination Monday.

When your entire party is based on legislating from the bench because you can't get enough of the American people to agree with you, I guess this is what you do when you see the bench slipping away.
