Surprise, surprise, surprise.
Mitt Romney has already cast his vote for the 2020 presidential election, but the former republican governor of Massachusetts and current senator from Utah just couldn't bring himself to support the Republican Party this time around, at least not while his arch-nemesis, Donald J. Trump, is on the ticket.
Romney recently tweeted, "I have stayed quiet with the approach of the election" — yeah right — "But …"
There always seems to be a "but."
Anyway, Romney's office confirmed to The Hill that the senator did in fact cast his vote for someone other than Trump, though they would not confirm who the "other" someone was.
Let it go, Mitt. Come on, sing it with me … Let it go!
