Ohio man pulls gun on Burger King employee when offered a discount on his sausage croissants.

I don't know, folks. Maybe Joe Biden is right.

Maybe this economy is the best ever.

How else can you explain this Ohio man, who when offered a discount on his breakfast, went berserk over not paying the full price?

Burger King employee Howard Vernon offered a customer a promotional price on his "two sausage, egg and cheese croissants, a sausage biscuit, and hashbrowns", and the guy lost his mind.

"He was like, ‘My order can't be right, it should be like $11,' and I'm like trying to explain to him that we had a promotion going on, and like it's cheaper, and he started cussing and getting all loud, and I was like, ‘I don't know what to tell you, I don't know why you want to pay more money,'" Vernon said.

Then the man sped off.

But moments later, he pulled back around, stopped and pulled a gun on Vernon.

"To know that somebody would do something like that just because I'm trying to give you a better deal and just to flip out like that, yes, it is scary," Vernon said.

"At the end of the day, it was about some bread and sausage sandwiches at 9 o'clock in the morning on Easter, and you're that mad that you'd put a gun in somebody's face?" Vernon said. "… I don't know why people are so angry out here at 9 o'clock in the morning."

It's got to be a banger of an economy that someone's willing to commit a felony to spend more money on breakfast sandwiches.

The violently generous suspect with the gun remains at large.

There's no word on if he ever got his breakfast or not, but I look forward to the moment in his case when he turns down the judge's leniency and demands the full 3-year sentence for brandishing a firearm.

Hopefully, the judge will tell him...

Have it your way!
