I can promise you one thing ... this doc had to change his drawers after this:

I'd take this guy against that whole room.

A little backstory ... this happened in Baltimore at the annual meeting of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG).

According to WMAR, the doc is a gynecologic oncology doctor at Stony Brook University Cancer Center in Long Island, New York.

Baltimore police said:

"The assaulted individual stated that he did not want to file criminal charges or file a report against the individual who physically assaulted him and that he would prefer the individual be escorted off the premises."

Yeah I BET he's not pressing charges!
