Maryland Democrat Introduces Bill To Keep Anyone Under 25 From Being Charged With FELONY MURDER

This is a real thing being done in the name of "justice reform."

Okay, before we get into this, I have to teach you how the average wokie thinks.

See, you're probably a normal American who wants to make sure that bad guys go to jail, especially when they MURDER PEOPLE.

But the woke don't think like that. If there's a disparity – say, in a place like Baltimore where gangs of fatherless black boys commit heinous crimes against humanity at exceedingly high rates – the wokie must explain it within their worldview.

Individual responsibility and guilt doesn't exist in their system of thought. It's all about the social collective. So if young black boys are shooting up cities, it's not because they have something going seriously wrong in their personal and family lives (or that they are fallen human beings who sin like all of us) it's because there are invisible systems of injustice that are keeping them down.

To right this perceived wrong, the wokie has to cripple the system to free these obviously oppressed murderers.

In Maryland, felony murder occurs when someone is killed while a felony crime, like robbery is being committed.

For example, a getaway driver hits and kills a pedestrian while fleeing the scene of a crime, they are guilty of felony murder, under current law.

Democratic Delegate Charlotte Crutchfield is looking to change that with her Youth Accountability and Safety Act, House Bill 1180.

Specifically, Delegate Crutchfield wants that to apply to anyone under the age of 25.

Let this soak in: This delegate wants to discard justice for the lives of people killed in crime sprees in favor of the criminals.

That's really all there is to it. She is giving worth to the criminal and taking it away from the victims in order to balance perceived scales of injustice in the system.

  • Governor Wes Moore's pick to run the Juvenile Justice Service, Vincent Schiraldi has said no one under the age of 21 should be introduced to the justice system, because the brain is not fully developed.

THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO SAY A BOY CAN KNOW HE'S A GIRL AS A TODDLER.

I am absolutely done with this mind rot. It is vile on a level that stinks to heaven above.

These absolute hypocrites and their Marxist poison!

Delegate McComas believes the bill, if passed, would lead to a spike in crime.

"If this bill passes, you're going to have kingpins, you're going to have gangs use juveniles to do their dirty work.," said McComas.

Well duh!

Of course this would happen. Criminals are some of the most opportunistic, enterprising people out there. They exploit loopholes. It's the dunderheads in office who think passing a no-gun law keeps criminals from carrying guns, or that decriminalizing MURDER will lower MURDER.

It incentivizes them to do more of the same, you fools!

That these politicians don't understand human nature on such a basic level is itself fundamentally criminal!

You might think I shouldn't have brought race into it.

Understand that Baltimore and DC are major factors here (Delegate Charlotte Crutchfield serves Montgomery County, which is adjacent to DC).

Both cities have massive crime problems that are only getting worse. Both have significant black populations and significant issues with violent crime that is committed by young black men. The Dems who who run these cities have made the systemic racism cry of BLM an important part of their platforms, especially where police and law are concerned. We can't ignore these things.

Crutchfield is also the first black representative elected to Montgomery County – which celebrates having four of the most racially diverse cities in the nation – and has a history of this kind of "justice reform" legislation over the last few years:

  • 2020: Successfully petitions judge to release longest-serving female prisoner because said prisoner got the 'Rona.
  • 2021: Submitted a bill that would allow citizens convicted of FIRST-DEGREE MURDER to have their convictions reviewed if they were minors at the time they deliberately killed someone with prejudice.
  • 2022: Introduced legislation to allow "hate crime" victims to sue the person who committed the act. Such crimes are routinely defined in loose terms where politically expedient.

The lefties have been running these cities for decades, but crime is still getting worse. Since they can't blame themselves, they have to blame everything else – especially when they see the disparity in the ethnic background of the violent young men committing said crimes.

This is the reality, whether you like it or not:

Here's a few stats:

  • In New York City, blacks are 23% of the population but commit about three quarters of all shootings
  • In Chicago, blacks are a third of the population but commit 80% of all shootings
  • In Los Angeles, blacks are 9% of the population but commit 44% of all violent crime
  • In St. Louis, blacks make up less than a third of the population but they commit 90% of all homicides
  • Between 1982 and 2008, the DOJ says black men – who make up less than 7% of the U.S. population – committed 52% of all murders in the nation.

"That's racist!" Says the woke person.

No it's not.

I don't want young black males to be violent criminals who are a danger to themselves and society, but that's the way it is in America's inner cities right now. I want these boys to be fathers, husbands, leaders, visionaries, inventors, and protectors. But many of them aren't, and more woke policy isn't going to fix the problem.

If you take away a violent young man's fear of penalty (no matter his skin color), he is going to be even more reckless with life and property. He will kill as much as he wants, whenever he wants, knowing you'll continue to stump for his evil as he lives his best GTA life now.

You want to know how to fix the problem, Maryland – especially as it pertains to the next generation of black men?

Start with this research from Pew:

About four-in-ten Black people (39%) live in U.S. households that are headed by married couples as of 2021. Roughly three-in-ten Black people (31%) live in households whose household head is female, and 5% live in male-headed households. Fewer than two-in-ten (16%) are part of non-family households.
