This is just too perfect for words.

The most Covid-crazy mayor – the man who fired teachers and cops for not getting the jab, the person who has bought into every fear motivated Covid policy from the beginning of time – just had to make this statement for the sake of the public good:

What a time to be alive!

This follows the NYPD makinga similar statement:

The criminals in New York City are doing what they've done since the beginning of time. They are wearing masks.

But because we live in an insane society that forced everyone to mask up and look like banditos, the criminals saw this as a golden opportunity for robbery.

Well done, New York!

Not long ago, New Yorkers were required to wear a face mask if they wanted to enter a store. But Mayor Eric Adams has now said the city's shopkeepers should adopt the opposite approach: People who refuse to pull down their mask when they first come into a store should be barred, in case they plan to rob the place.

"We are putting out a clear call to all of our shops, do not allow people to enter the store without taking off their face mask," the mayor said in a radio interview on 1010 WINS on Monday. "And then once they're inside, they can continue to wear it if they so desire to do so."

The same folks who would holler at you and call the cops on you if you tried to go inside without a mask are now going to harass you if you DO wear a mask.

I think there was a Dr. Seuss book about this.

It's almost like the people who refused to wear a mask because it was dehumanizing and recognized that polite society had previously banned masks for a reason were right all along.

What a clown show!
