The annual Grace Hopper Celebration isn't technically supposed to be a job fair. It's supposed to be a conference celebrating nerdy girls in the tech industry. However, corporate recruiters looking to spruce up their ESG scores are usually in high attendance.

Considering over 265,000 tech employees have been laid off over the last two years, access to those recruiters at Grace Hopper is a hot commodity, and this year they opened the conference to the gender spectrum.

What's an out-of-work nerdy fella to do?

Throw on some blush, call yourself non-binary, and go to Grace Hopper apparently.

This year's conference was overrun by people of the male persuasion.

The organizers were none too happy about it either.

The CIO even went so far as to attack these fellas' gender identity.

What a bigot!

The Advisory President didn't quite go that far, but she did say she wanted to fight!

But she still wanted to support non-binary technologists.

What a tangled web these gender allies have have spun for themselves.
