When your star witness in the trial against your most hated enemy admits to being a lying thief, you know your case is not going well.

Here we have Michael Cohen admitting to stealing $30,000 from Donald Trump during cross-examination in the New York hush money trial.

I mean, it's New York. Some of the jurors might hear this testimony and think "Heck yeah, Cohen stuck it to Trump!" But if they have any sense of duty AT ALL this should really sink the prosecution's case.

Cohen pocketed $30,000 of the $50,000 he received from the Trump Organization and then gave about $20,000 to the tech firm Red Finch, which previously worked for the Trump Organization, he testified in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Cohen said although Red Finch's owner would have preferred getting the full $50,000 he was owed, he was "placated for the time being," the former fixer testified.

Dude just told Trump, "the tech stuff costs $50k" and then paid them $20k, and kept $30k for himself? This dude is as slimy as he seems, isn't he?

I mean, he's not exactly "the best people."

Wild idea: Maybe we shouldn't trust anything this dude says?
