Michigan hair salon faces criminal probe for telling transgender customers to "seek services at a local pet groomer"

We're not supposed to laugh at this.

Here's how the clowns at NBC framed it:

"Anyone identifying as other than a man or a woman..."

Well, NBC, I hate to tell ya, but a human becoming anything other than man or woman is as probable as a human becoming a dog.

Hence, you know, this joke!

In the charge filed on Wednesday, the state's Department of Civil Rights claimed a July Facebook post made by Traverse City's Studio 8 Hair Lab owner Christine Geiger violated the state's civil rights act by unlawfully discriminating against three claimants.

"If a human identifies as anything other than a man/woman please seek services at a local pet groomer. You are not welcome at this salon. Period," the post read.

"Should you request to have a particular pronoun used, please note we may simply refer to you as ‘hey you.' Regardless of MI HB 4744," the post further stated, referring to the code for a Michigan hate crime law.

Good on this salon. "Hate crime" laws are ways for the White Witch to send her state police after the Mr. Tumnus's that dare to say things she doesn't like.

Is this the kindest thing the salon could say? Nope. But that's not how free speech works.

In Michigan, however, said White Witch wants you to believe that "compassion" for "civil rights" includes servicing unhinged men who believe themselves to be women.

The code was changed by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat, earlier this year to include discrimination against people based on their "gender identity or expression," "sexual orientation," as well as their age or disabilities.

Yeah... remember how you reelected her, Michigan? Cool.

You think this'll stop at this hair salon?

Just you wait: She'll have a courtyard full of statues yet!

Salon 8 Hair Lab could face fines and suspension or revocation of its business license if the charge is adopted by the Michigan Civil Rights Commission after a hearing before an administrative law judge.

The salon owner filed her own complaint against the city of Traverse City and the three individuals on Oct. 25, accusing each of violating the salon's First Amendment rights for filing civil rights complaints.

Traverse City over the summer announced the salon was under investigation for discrimination over the claims.

The State must make an example of those who make fun of the new State religion!

In a July interview with the Associated Press, Geiger defended her stance, saying small business owners should be able to serve whomever they wish.

"I just don't want the woke dollar. … I'd rather not be as busy than to have to do services that I don't agree with," she said.

I don't think most of you know how civil rights laws have been hijacked. What started out in an experiment to create equality on religious, sex, and ethnic grounds (who you intrinsically are and what you believe) has turned into "you must bake the cake, bigot, or else" with the addition of feelings, appearances, and behavior.

The wokies have muddled that equality up by bringing in a clown car full of the "I identify as" brigade. They're expanding our agreed-upon categories of "no foul" endlessly. In the end, the term "civil rights" (or religious liberty) won't have any meaning because of it!

February 2024 is when Michigan's new gEnDeR discrimination laws go into effect, and it looks like they're going to bring out the big guns to go after a hair salon for banning dudes in dresses who identify as genderqueer.

Good luck with that!

We'll update you if a fundraiser for this champ's legal bills goes online.

(Oh, if anyone sees Gretchen Whitmer, tell her she dropped this 👇)
